Ys [userpic]
KoL and SL

I'm a clan leader of a good-sized clan on KoL now. Apparently I was donating more per day than anyone but the top couple of folks (who periodically drop multi-million meat donations -- I can't beat that).

Mostly I've just been playing the market a little bit every day that I play, enough to keep my ~500k cushion intact and occasionally buy useful items, and then dumping whatever was left over into the clan. Means I'm not ever going to have huge amounts of meat, but that's okay. Generally that means I've been dumping 50k-100k donations every day I play.

In Second Life news, I've made a bunch of friends there who really seem to enjoy my (virtual) company. I've done some interesting things with scripts that no one seems to be doing. Looks like I may have a lucrative deal making something fairly unique, if I can figure out how to make it work right over the weekend.

So, yeah, my time-wasting pursuits are going reasonably well, without wasting too much time. (Though I've done a bunch of SL lately, especially when I was feeling crappy.)

hrmmmm, Second Life appeals more to me if one can customize things to the extent that it sounds there. I downloaded it a while back, but have thus far not gotten around to running it.

I'm a level five penguin frightener now.

KoL is so addicting, isn't it? I waste altogether too much time on it- and I'm not in a clan or anything! I think the abstract slaughter helps me deal with stress. Or that's my theory. Or that's my story and I'm sticking to it. :)
