Ys [userpic]
Just pondering.

So what is it that everyone finds so exciting about sex, anyway? I hear people talking about it, and it just seems like a lot of hassle...and then you have to clean up afterwards. Ugh.

I mean, I understand wanting to be close to someone. Being alone isn't much fun, and companionship, someone to talk to, a shoulder to cry on, someone to share your successes with, I can see all that.

I suppose I can see tolerating it so that one can have children. But it seems to be more than that for many people I know.

Someone want to explain it to me?

Just some random thoughts I was having today, of all days.

Current Mood: confusedbaffled

i dont know...i guess for me it just seems like the ultimate kind of closeness

*tries to decide if you're being sneaky and not including a link to Rabbit Hole day intentionally*

That would presume that I didn't include a link.

Not that I'm saying that I did or didn't include a link, mind you. But it does include the presumption...

I think that's an entirely different class of intimate activity...

Not around here, it isn't.

I was totally not sure whether to take your first response as serious or in the same vein. *grin*

On the bright side, it means I got the tone just right...

I'm not tellin', because that would ruin the fun!

*hunts for a link*

Nope, no link I can find!

*eyes you suspiciously*

You couldn't find the link, huh?

I am not link-enabled! At least not in this particular post. :)

View source. It's there.

My last sentence, about today of all days?

Goddamn, the period. I _thought_ I'd moused over every part of the post, but apparently not. :)

I bow to your sneakiness!

I even _specifically_ moused over that sentence, since it looked like it ought to be where the link would be. *shakes head amusedly*

Linky linky linky . . .

I have faith in you. Keep looking.

Oooh, if she did that... *smack*

Well, I've often seen a cat without a grin," thought Alice, "But a grin without a cat! It's the most curious thing I ever saw in my life!"

Especially when they want you to...er...yeah, that.

This is the introduction to the opposite sketches, isn't it?

what have you done with my friend, Ysabel?

I had a little run-in with a mirror, you might say. (This link was in the original post, just subtly.)

The "I can't read" post was funnier, though.

I can't tell you how utterly surprised and astonished I was to see this on your journal. I had always been of the opiniont that you were into sex. VERY into sex. I almost feel like you're channeling me all of the sudden.

I'm so confused.

*reads postings and rolls eyes* Okay, nevermind. Feel real stupid now.
