Have I mentioned yet that I want a 2004 Yamaha R1?

I want a 2004 Yamaha R1. I've been drooling over this bike for months now.

Today, from motorcycles: "Yesterday, I pinned the throttle on the 2004 Yamaha R1 in first gear...and saw 103 mph on the speedometer as it banged off the rev limiter."

Holy crap.

I so want this bike.

100 mph in FIRST GEAR.

*drool*

Current Mood: hopefulhopeful
Current Music: Someone will buy me one, right? Right?

whoa!

I would definitely kill myself on 1st gear.

*wrooooommmmm.... splat*

Very yummy bike I can understand why you so want it. If I was into bikes it would be number 1 on my list. However my downfall is sports cars. Yum!

I was sitting on one today :) Have an option to take it out for a play too. The gorgeous grey one...

Re:

*envy*

How insensitive would it be of me to say "You're such a man"?

Probably quite. So I shan't.

Smiley!

Women can be adrenaline junkies too! And I know more than a few women who'd be quite miffed at any suggestion otherwise...

Amusingly, when I try to butch up, the effect I always seem to get is "femme dyke wearing her butch girlfriend's clothes -- awww, isn't that cute?"

I wore my Stanley work boots today (snow and jeans, they were appropriate) and my boss actually said that they looked dainty. Largely because I'm six foot and they're only women's size nines, so they're very small-looking on me and somehow thus manage to look cute.

I don't get it.

But I still love fast bikes. *grin*
